Wardrobe records stay intentional
Wardrobe Studio is built for professional wardrobe work: garment photos, item notes, client archives, outfit plans, and styling context. AI suggestions are drafts for review, not automatic edits to your archive.
Privacy and AI trust
Wardrobe Studio stores professional wardrobe records so stylists can organize garments, prepare outfits, and produce client-ready work. This page explains the product-level privacy posture for the current studio experience.
Do not upload client data, profile photos, or fit details unless you have permission to use them in the workspace and in AI-assisted styling previews.
Wardrobe Studio is built for professional wardrobe work: garment photos, item notes, client archives, outfit plans, and styling context. AI suggestions are drafts for review, not automatic edits to your archive.
A saved try-on reference photo and optional fit profile measurements are used to build outfit preview prompts when you request an AI fitting-room preview. They are not required for the core garment archive.
Outfit try-on previews are generated through OpenRouter using the configured image model for Wardrobe Studio. Local tests may use a mock provider so development can run without paid image calls.
If you save a home location, Wardrobe Studio uses it only to show current weather in the app sidebar. Manual city or place entry is supported, and browser geolocation runs only after you press the location button.
When browser geolocation is used, the app reduces coordinate precision before saving it. You can clear the saved home location in Settings. Wardrobe Studio does not collect background location or location history.
Current weather is fetched from Open-Meteo. Weather requests may include the saved place name or approximate coordinates so the provider can return local weather data.
AI fitting-room images are directional styling previews. They can help compare silhouette, layering, and mood, but they do not guarantee exact size, drape, tailoring, color, or real-world fit.
Wardrobe data belongs to the organization or account using the studio. If a profile photo, fit detail, garment, or archive should be changed or removed, update it in the app or ask the operator managing the workspace.
Operational note
Wardrobe Studio is self-hosted for this deployment. Operators should keep environment secrets private, avoid paid AI calls during local testing unless explicitly approved, and use the Wardrobe-specific verification and deployment scripts for production changes.
